The Kanata Greenspace Protection Coalition was approved by the court in late December 2019 as an intervenor in the courtcase of the city challenging Clublink to follow the 40% agreement they signed onto when they bought the golf course.

Last Week February – dates to be confirmed… hearing tentatively scheduled for court between Ciry (and KGPC) and Clublink concernign enforceability of the 40% agreement.
Note:; Did you know that many people..over 1000 homes it has been heard.. have the 40% agreement registered against your deed. Check with your lawyer!
