BUS to COURT.Our lawyers from Caza Saikaley will join the City’s external legal team on February 27 & 28 at the Ottawa Courthouse, 161 Elgin Street to face off against ClubLink in defence of the 40% Agreement. We have confirmed a yellow school bus for each day which will carry 46 adults.

Kanata Centrum opposite the Holiday Inn, Kanata Avenue (free parking in front of old Future Shop location)
When:
Boards at 8:50am – Departs at 9:00 am promptly (a prompt departure is critical to get to court before 10am)

Important Update: Jenna Sudds has posted an update highlighting the documentation submitted by all three parties. One item is being flagged..that Clublink has submitted an argument that could potentially involves the old golf course owner Genstar..and this procedural issue needs to be resolved before court date .
