*Why no membership fee? We aim to foster a community that is inclusive and vibrant. We know even a few dollars can be a barrier to joining a community association, so starting in 2023, the KLCA Board approved a year of NO membership fees as a pilot. The pilot was very successful, as we increased our membership by over 100% in the first year and over 300% by year 2. Until otherwise informed, membership in the KLCA remains free for Kanta Lakes residents.
