Why no membership fee? We aim to foster a community that is inclusive and vibrant. We know even a few dollars can be a barrier to joining a community association, so starting in 2023, the KLCA Board approved a year of NO membership fees as a pilot. The pilot was very successful, as we increased our membership by over 100% in one year. Until otherwise informed, membership in the KLCA remains free for Kanta Lakes residents.
We also know that small contributions from neighbours can go a long way as well.

SPONSORSHIP CATEGORIES
We are always seeking business sponsors that can help us host local events for our community. We are flexible in sponsorship opportunities, and if our core categories don’t quite fit, please reach out to discuss custom options that may better suit your needs.
$1,500 – PARTNER OF THE KLCA – Annual Engagement
All year: your logo is featured on KLCA.ca, in our e-newsletter to members, in membership drives, on social media (Facebook, X, Instagram), you are recognized in promotional materials and during all KLCA-led events (online and in print), including Movie Night In The Park – option to set up a booth/table. A collaborator working with the KLCA to bring the community together.
$800 – FRIEND OF THE KLCA – Annual Engagement
All year: your logo on KLCA.ca, e-newsletters to members, in membership drives, on social media (Facebook, X, Instagram), you are recognized promotional materials and during 2 KLCA-led events (at least one is Movie Night in the Park – option to set up a booth/table) and first opportunity to sponsor additional KLCA events.
$550 – SUPPORTER (Single Event; Per-event)
One Event: Recognition in promotional materials (online and select print), including on social media and have the option to set up a booth/table space at the event.

As our highest-attended event of the year, it relies on the generous support of sponsors to make it possible. We are committed to keeping this event as low-cost as possible for residents so that everyone in our community can participate, connect, and enjoy a fun evening together.
